The Institute of Irish leadership aims to help everyone become a leader in their own right. It respects and encourages individual differences in leadership styles and believes that leaders are made, not born. There is a leader within everyone waiting to take flight. We are here to help you find your wings!
“Courage does not always roar, sometimes it is that little voice that whispers, try again”
The Institute of Irish leadership was set up in 2009 by a group of associates including business leaders, sports professionals, executive coaches and professional trainers with the explicit aim of promoting effective leadership within Ireland. Our contributors have included such respected figures as Mickey Harte (3 time All Ireland winning football manager), Pat Falvey (motivational speaker, explorer and conqueror of Everest) Nuala O’Loan (1st Police Ombudsman for PSNI and House of Lords Representative) and Mairead Ui Mairtin (Director at Foras na Gaeilge).
At the Institute of Irish Leadership, we believe that everyone has the potential within themselves to be who they want to be. You the client are wholly resourceful. You have what it takes to become the leader you wish to be, we are just here to guide and encourage.
“The best way to affect the future is to create it yourself”
